The item I purchased took 2 months to arrive and then was way too small. I asked to return the item for a refund and was told to keep the item and I would be refunded my money as well. I thought that was kind and was then able to gift the coat to a family who lost everything in a fire. Thank you Flannel And Go!

My 10-year-old granddaughter loves the…
My 10-year-old granddaughter loves the "plaid" flannel shacket with the fleece lining. She wanted a new shirt like one I had picked up previously at a local Goodwill - it was new and an expensive brand that is not making them any longer for kids. Her teacher keeps the room really cool and she is warm as toast. Everybody wants to know where she got it - for 10-year-olds that is a good thing. Thanks for having just what I needed, when I needed it and on top of it - the colors are good, and it is well made. Arrived quickly. Thanks!
