If I could give less than one star I would this was the absolute worst finance company I've ever dealt with they actually charge you $5 a month to pay your bill unless you write a paper check and mail it in and who does that in the year 2026 so I finally get to trade in the vehicle I have financed with them by the time they get the payoff check they claim the vehicle was 31 days past due and reported me for a missed payment on a vehicle that I haven't owned in over a month how does that work hopefully disputing it will actually make a difference but it seems like the creditors and the finance companies are all in with each other

Extremely horrible!!!! I had 2022 mirage g4 brand new valued at 17k had given these folks over 20k within 3.5 years! Mind you I had an extremely high apr 29.99% my car note was 625$ a month and I paid that for almost 4 years until the beginning of this year. Me and my wife called to see how much left we had on the car, and these folks gone tell us we still owe another 17k on the car and we had gotten to the point of paying off interest on the car so we were actually just now paying off the car starting this year. So a 17k car with a 29.99% interest rate made the car out to be about 22.8k 625$x12= around 7,500$ a year x 3.6 years=27,000$ which leaves me 4,200$ over than the car total price, but I stilled owed another 17,000$ I stopped paying in December of 2025 they came and got it beginning March of 2026 owing them around 2,200$ instead of giving them those 2,200$ I took that and my wife added 300$ and I went and got me a used car 2 weeks later. I will be done paying this car off in March of next year. That car is nowhere near worth 40k not even 25k. Along with that!!!! These people will not even let you refinance the car to lower the payments NO REFINANCE PERIOD YOU ARE STUCK WITH WHATEVER PAYMENT YOU ARE GIVING UNTIL YOU HAVE PAID IN FULL!!! I literally sat on the phone with these folks and went over every payment made and added it up right there on the phone with these folks and they literally sat there in my face and told me yep I still 17,000$ more. Gtfoh!!!! COME GET IT!!!!

yes horrible i have lost both my parents and diagnosed with cancer since i started paying for this car i only owe 1200 left and have paid them over 26000 dollars and they want to charge off and reposses Charlotte Fontenot

I want to surrender my vehicle, it has been over a month now. I have been trying to send them documentation and I've been met with excuses like "This document is not complete" (When I know for a fact it is not incomplete) or "We can't find this document" so my broke down car sits at a car lot waiting to be picked up. Customer service is pathetic. I would normally not leave a review like this, but I'm mad. This is crazy stupid. Now after reading other reviews much like mine I understand.

This company is horrible. They clearly are ripping people off and unless you have money for a lawyer, your just at their mercy. These people are criminals and have to be put out of business. Keep a monthly track on tour acct. They mess up payments. I had 6 payments deferred which I made up during this last yr. They say I still owe those payments and it doubles with interest. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. TELL THE DEALERSHIP TO FIND DIFFERENT FINANCING

I just had a repo truck drive off with my truck. The loan is 5 days into the 10 day grace period and is set to be paid on 4/8/26. Repo driver said the payment was 90 days past, while I have bank records showing the payments being made!!!

I’ve had good and bad experience. Arnell in the 90 dwy department is by far the rudest person I have ever spoken to. He try to put base in his voice but that scares no one, especially not me. You tell him you’re sending a payment give you about an hr or so. He’ll call you 10x like he the owner of Flagship. Dude just rude. Other than that, you have some ppl who like to work with you when you’re having a financial hardship. Government Shutdown

customer service suck they will get an attitude with you when you try to ask a question, then they won't return your call but will call you when you missed a payment over and over and over again. They don't give you any notice.
