Don’t do it!!!
Well, what I thought was going to be an experience of finally having a reasonable, honest, reliable mechanic, boy was I wrong! It all started when my mechanic text a day before to cancel an appointment that he thought we had. “Because it was for the following day he thought we had it for” Well when the day of the appointment came between 5-6pm. It was 6:20 and no text or call. So I reached out first. My Tech guy canceled. He told me it was to hot. Understandable! But no courtesy text, or call? So I still rescheduled for another day. Now I did complain and send a tex to manager and was not happy about the not reaching out part. Well something happened that I get a text from the mechanic saying I lied to the office and now he’s not working on my car. So now I’m scared, worried because they canceled my appointment. now they don’t have anyone in my area and I tried reaching out so I can file a complaint. I’m scared for my well-being...... I think this company thinks this is not a big deal, but for me just knowing the tech guy has my address worries me because he blames me. The company assured me he doesn’t but if you remember I was waiting for him to show up. I’m still waiting to talk to the ceo who hasn’t reached out. I expressed my concern but for this company I guess this is not a big thing!!!!! And to think I was going to get the same treatment as the people from the good reviews I based my decision on....
