Serviceman did not tell me his solution was temporary. His exact words were "Your AC will work just not at full efficiency. It'll be a couple deg. off of what you set it at until the new part comes in." When it quit working the very next day I was informed by Kristi that he claimed it was a temp job. The part was in warehouse but not ordered until the following day. My first experience with Fixd has not been positive thus far. Kristi has taken ownership of the issue, of which I am appreciative, but the overall service has not been up to par.

Company did not take ownership for breaking the front of a microwave when the removed it. I a realtor and up to that point referred all my clients to FIXD. No longer doing this. It's unfortunate that the company did not appreciate valued customers.

I always am told my Bill is handled then I receive additional calls/emails saying I owe. I've had 2 times that were emergency that was delayed in scheduling. I'm on the fence Now with this company.

Poor communication within the organization, poor communication to customers, late for appointments, didn’t correctly identify or address the plumbing issues even after 6+ visits over 2 months. The plumbers were experienced, but the real issue is management and poor customer service that stems from the top of the organization. I wouldn’t recommend using them for a home warranty.

Everyone was very nice and professional and prompt. However, in the end the job was not done right and it caused us a lot of stress and unnecessary work. We had pool service for 4 - 5 months and our pool was turning white and blotchy (brand new pool). It turns out that in 5 months of pool service, our calcium Levels were never tested by fixd and it was very high, causing our plaster problems. Fixd says they did not add the calcium, but they should have been testing it. This is what we paid for. The result - we had to completely drain our pool, have it sprayed with acid, refilled, and multiple more acid treatments to remove all the calcium from months of neglect. Now years have been taken off the life of our plaster from the treatments required to fix the problem. It’s all very disappointing.
