Good service with room for improvement
Good service, better than any other home warranty we have used before. Response time period could improve a bit, it seems like their technicians are too busy and they have to send third party techs.

I don’t think the repairman who worked…
I don’t think the repairman who worked on my microwave knew what he was doing. It broke again the next day, so rather spend another $50 for him to fix it again, I just bought a new one.
