Called to place a work order two days ago and left a voicemail, still waiting for a return call.

they arrived on time, however the quality work was not good. you pay 50.00 to find out the issue and then your probably looking at 700 to 5,000 and haveing to wait for someone else to come back and work the issue.the matter is not resolved with 1 person, the fees are expensive depending on the issue. your better off calling a handy man.

Charged me a $50 service fee to show up and say you don't fix driveway gates. I said it was a driveway gate and even gave the make and model in the service request. You owe me $50.

Because nothing is covered because everything is “ normal wear and tear” that’s how stuff you use works. Your warranty is bull crap. And has been an absolute waste of money. In fact I’m embarrassed to give you one star but since no stars is no option here we are.

Over a month of waiting for my coil to come in and for them to come and fix my A/C. I requested a status update and instead of a response I got a request from them for a rating. So here it is. Come fix my A/C please, I'm tired of waiting.
