Excellent Service
Brian came to our place and attempted to repair a broken motor on the dishwasher. However, the previous owners had TILED THE DISHWASHER IN PLACE, making it impossible to access the motor. The removal of the dishwasher was not in his scope of work, so he was unable to complete his assignment. This being said, Brian was professional, competent, friendly and very informative. We appreciated his attempt and advice. As a side note, a new dishwasher has been ordered and a contractor to remove and replace the tiles. THANKS BRIAN.

GFI Plugs
GFI Plugs I needed 2 GFI Plugs replaced. The rep replaced them in no time at all. He was friendly and courteous.

Fixd is AWESOME!!!
They’re service people are fabulous!! So I would give 5 stars for that. We just bought a new house and used Fixd again! I just watch out for the co-pay billing as some times it gets a little out of whack but the customer service reps in the office are fabulous too and always get things straight ASAP!
