Full of scam, Fiverr ignores customers and if you are lucky sellers are sending you spyware.

Fiverr just help client to create a scam from order that we provide 100% and delivereble! Your support center not provide clear anwser whay that happend even that we say that we send client delivereble order with all docs at the end of the DONE job from us!! Please review a case : 4057594 Other way we will against Fiverr that cost me a lot of TIME and MONEY now if we will not resolve and bringed back the money that we work for we will force to open lawsuite against Fiver company!!

Be careful using Fiverr. Lots of fake sellers and Fiverr actually seem to protect them rather than the buyers. Had lots of bad experiences with some sellers and even my account was disabled because of a Seller even thought I am just a honest buyer. Fiverr are very dishonest and don't seem to know what they are doing as I have seen sellers barred and then next day back on there. Lots of fake profiles on there. NOT RECOMMENDED

Worse experience ever. Never got my order and never received my money back

FIVERR DOES NOT PAY ITS SELLERS ON TIME!!!! BEWARE, if you successfully complete an assignment, not only do they make you wait an entire TWO WEEKS to receive your funds (while your customers get their product immediately) the funds are not released on time on the scheduled release date set. Customer service is an absolute joke as their are NO ONE to talk to live. They only respond with generic templates that hardly address the issues concerned, leaving you no way to get real answers. FIVERR DOES NOT VALUE ITS CLIENTELE AND ARE COMPLETE CROOKS! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS CROOKED PLATFORM.

I've had the worst experiences of my life on here, time after time giving the page the benefit of the doubt that it was only certain sellers, but when you deal with them for like a year like I just did, paid to have my whole site created by their freelancers, all my media created there, everything business wise, well I had my entire store stolen from me by a seller shopify has already pinpointed, and I've had to send about 30 emails regarding my accounts security, and now, guess what, my personal and business accounts have been disabled. I wonder why? You decide. RUN FAST PLEASE DONT MAKE THE MISTAKES I MADE LETTING THEM MAKE ANYTHING FOR YOUR SITE, USE SHOPIFY EXPERTS OR A REAL US BASED COMPANY!!!!!!! I NOW NEED TO WAIT TILL AFTER THE HOLIDAYS TO BE EVEN BEGIN TO REBUILD IT IF I EVEN HAVE THAT IN ME AFTER MY YEARS WORK WAS JUST STOLEN FROM ME!!!! TY FIVERR FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING EVER!!!!!!!

I do NOT recommend Fiverr to anyone after I gave them a fair chance and tried using some of their services that the sellers offered and what most people say here about them are true. You will find a lot of sellers inexperienced on that website. When I contacted customer service it was very unpleasant and threatening and they supported the sellers. With one of the sellers I reported to Fiverr that I felt discriminated against and Fiverr supported it saying that the seller can block you if they want to! After the seller took my money and blocked me for no reason! I know better now to stay far away from that website. Fiverr should be reported for shutdown!

Very bad experiences with logo design. The logo was send to me some hours before the deadline. The design was simply a 90% copy of something I sent in the briefing. No money is refundet. I lost 250 EUR for nothing. The seller was "eftimov". His portfolio looks nice, but if you look closer, several thing might be copied. What I then did: Looked for a real professional logo designer on Instagram, paid him the same price for great in-depth design!
