FiverrReviews of fiver.com

Credit cards by the most popular carriers aren't accepted. Would have to lose even more money on exchanges b/c Fiverr doesn't support basic ecommerce functionality that is standard especially via stripe integration.

Went well for a few months, then went to nothing. I first used Fiverr to buy a service, where someone drew 2 images for me. That was great. I then opened up my own seller page, and had some orders on 2 different gigs I was offering. I was getting solid 5 stars. However, when you aren't getting any stars for a while, and ONE GUY gives you 4/5, 4/5 and 5/5, it averages at 4.3, which is lower than 4.7, and Fiverr will stop showing you to people. That is such a fragile life and death business to run. Fiverr also takes 20% of your offer. That's quite steep.

I used this site for a business logo. I decided to go with a premium package at $35 usd. The seller sent me 3 different logos which were like every other logo from level 1 sellers. Ok I got passed that part only because it was a lot better thank what I was able to come up with on my own. But the problem was with the package! I was missing stationary design and social media kit. I had to ask the seller for it. At that time he completely stopped communicating with me. I reached out to support and not even a few hours later he sent it to me. Honestly it still isn’t right, but I had enough of the level of professionalism. A lesson learned.

I would like to distinguish the good services and good buyers vs the platform itself. The platform sucks the blood of everybody involved in the community. Unfair behaviour and unfair commissions.

I have worked with many freelancers now and i have been always disappointed. Just one of them allways delivers good work. I feel like your wasting money mostly based on my experience.

Fiverr is a really good and perspective platform! But they have extremally low quality support for buyers!!! I placed more than 500 orders over last 2 years. But 80% of my tickets to support were not solved, in most case they even did not try to solve them. The guys from support hate their job! They send you far away with standard formal replies like robots. And this is absolutely deadlock situation, as you can't get any other reply instead like-a-robot. They do not want to fix glitches on their end, do not want on develop new useful functions (simple for implementation) and etc. So, I think that the owner of Fiverr can just replace the support team with automatic replies. The quality will remain bad, but he can save on salary. (IMHO)

Platform has plenty of scammers. Also, I encountered a few who were not doing the work themselves and instead outsourced it to someone else. As such time for work to be done was longer than expected and communicatoin was poor. While there is nothing wrong with outsourcing, outsourcing when you clearly can't effectively manage the the process leads to nightmares for customers. It is also difficult to get hold of customer service officers to help out.

You know there was a time when i was using Fiverr frequently without any issues. But now, i am facing issues with almost every sellers and when i contact with support, they don't reply. So now i am shifting to zvmarket marketplace.
