Because the people didn't communicate with me exactly their expectations , I was Naive (YES) and I had to cancel the orders . Because of that my SUCCESS SCORE it's 4 . No matter who hard I tried to explain Fiverr that it was an accident , they didn't accept I believe this platform it's GOOD for gaining more customers , but you need to pay very much attention I give 1 for their Costumer service and lack of RESPONSABILITY

worst platform ever on internet. they always listen buyers side not any freelancers site. even buyer whenever wants their money they just refund it from freelancers. isn't it bad? like we work 5-7 days and if suddenly buyer wants to cancel the order the support team just cancel the order and buyer has some extra facility that now they can revies us also. how shit site it is

Fiverr stole my payment and closed my account without warning. Fiverr disabled my freelancer selling account without warning or reason. They don’t reply to support request emails and it’s impossible to speak to anyone there. They hold payments for 14 days after you have completed a job, and they closed my account the day after the job was completed, so basically I have worked for free and fiverr have stolen my wages. This site is NOT SAFE for selling freelance services, as Fiverr can close your account without warning at any moment, and there is no way to recover your earnings.

Disgusting Experiences with their customer service

I was Scammed. You have a 14 day window to leave feedback. I wasnt aware of this. Freelancer told me i have to wait 8 weeks to see any change from SEO work. After 8 weeks nothing had changed from the work he had done - all AI generated, it had zero impact. I wanted to leave feedback but was refused. Freelancer misled me to wait 8 weeks so I would miss the 14 day I contacted Customer Services and had only cut and paste responses saying i had missed the 14 day window to leave feedback. Awful Awful customer services. Very focused on taking money and nothing else. Avoid. full of scammers

Hay puros estafadores que te cobran y desaparecen de fiverr. Reclamas a fiverr y no hay solución alguna. Por mi parte jamás volveré a contratar nada por esta página de estafadores.

This is a review from a FREELANCER and a WARNING to other FREELANCERS NOT TO USE FIVER. Its not worth your time or energy. 1. They hold your earnings for over 2 weeks. 2. When you try to verify your identity to release your earnings their SMS and Call system doesn't even work. You are only allowed 1 attempt per 24 hours!!! Whereas on every other site, they ask you to try again in 15 minutes, 30 minutes or 1hr. This is inhumane keeping hold of your earnings as long as they can and providing zero help at this point. 3. Support is minimal, you have to search their site for ages to try and find out how to send a support ticket, then they won't get back to you for days, sometimes longer and there is no help so in the end you have basically worked for free, fulfilled a job for a client for free and Fiver keep your earnings. 4. When you sign up and join the site as a freelancer you are inundated with hundreds of scammer messages trying to get you to give out your bank details, do not respond to any of them, they are all scammers that are not filtered messages exploiting new freelancers who do not know the site. 5. They take over 25 percent commission on your earnings that they don't even give you anyway. so if your earnings are 130 USD, they take 26 USD you are left with 104, which they also keep because their system doesn't work and there is no one to help. They make sure in everyway possible to exploit you and keep your earnings from you. Go to Upworks instead. Fiver basically makes you work for them and steals your earnings.
