I don’t know whaaatt these unsatisfied customers are talking about… I’m sorry for yalls bad experience… BUT!! I ordered my gummies off of a discount from parking at a meter in the city, I got a $50 dollar discount… so I really only paid $3 shipping for a $30 dollar product!! I got it in a week, and literally 15 minutes into the first gummy I’m feeling great! 100% recommend. It’s not hard on the stomach, and with me and depression not getting along taking this gummy mellows me out, and I can still get everything I need to get done throughout the day!! THANKS FIVE.

Same as the others. Had a 50% discount code from Planet Fitness, placed an order. Did not arrive. Called and email them but no reply. Its a scam. Im unsure how they are still a functioning company partnering with big brands. Do avoid if you want to be dissapointed by your purchase.

UPDATE AS OF 2/29/2024: So this update is being posted more than a year after I posted the review below. Someone from Five CBD actually saw my complaint and contacted me to see if they could resolve the issue noted in my review. I was very surprised that they even saw or cared about what I had to say, especially after all this time, but I’m very glad that they did. Anyway, their customer service representative was very nice. They apologized for what happened and how I was billed, and as a peace offering, they sent me a complimentary product to try, which they did not have to do. I appreciate the gesture and the fact that they actually read my review, understood the issue, and contacted me. Their customer service has definitely improved, and that is very reassuring. As for the product, I got the Toffee Crunch Milk Chocolate Squares which has 50mg of CBD and 5 mg of THC. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. The chocolate is tasty, and the CBD/THC is really strong. I felt the effects of it within an hour and was so relaxed that I slept like a baby for the rest of the day. (Just an FYI...don't take this if you've got things to do that day because it will make you sleepy). Anyway, thank you Five CBD, for reaching out and for the complimentary product! You actually care about your customers and your product. I ordered 2 of the "Full Spectrum CBD (25mg) + THC (5g).” I checked out, entered my payment information and paid for shipping ($9.76), plus $9.99 for the extra product I ordered (so $10.60 w/tax). However, a day or so later when I looked at the charge on my card, the company charged me $19.60 for the 1 item I ordered plus $9.76 for shipping. Mind you, I was supposed to get 1 free item and just pay for shipping. I was basically charged for the 2 items (1 of which they misrepresented as being "free"). Anyway, I called their 855 # but no one answered. I then emailed their customer service dep’t. to ask them to cancel the order because I was not happy about how they billed me. No one emailed me back until a few days later. When I wrote back and told them I wanted the order cancelled, I was told that it was too late because it had already shipped, but I could send the item back (and pay for return shipping) or not accept delivery. At that point, I was annoyed so I said forget it. (I'm not even home to accept delivery let alone decline it.) I got the product a few days later and tried it. It was nothing great. Based on this experience, I will not order from them again and I hope this review gives others sound reason not to as well.

I got a free $50 THC and CBD infused gummy for parking in Berkeley, CA. I also got a free sampler of the original buzz flavor for ordering on their website. 5/5 customer service and product. I got the Sour Buzz flavor. I think they're a great, calming, uplifting, focus inducing weed gummy. Paying $4 for the shipping and receiving in less than a week is great. You get about 20 gummies so they usually last me about 2-3 weeks with daily use. No complaints from me and I highly recommend you try them too.

As a new customer, it was difficult to place an order. The website didnt work. They dont answer the phone. They dont reply to email. It took 5 emails to support to get a reply. After placing an order 2 weeks ago, I still don't have it. No tracking provided. No email updates. This is a terrible company. Not reccomended

Must avoid this horrible company. I guess every one of us here all received the gift card offer and tried to buy the product from this company or fake company I should say. I ordered 2 items, 1 orginal cbd, and sleep cbd. Matter of fact, since it has been 1 month, I couldn't track or reach out to the website customer service, what a joke. FAKE company and ridiculous price tag. Stay safe yall!
