Starting using this while I was on deployments. Kept using it over bodybuilding.com since I liked how fast the shipping was and the option to choose from on sale and clearance products. It has great prices and a very good selection of products. The website is a little slow at loading but not why I knocked 1 star off. Used to have free shipping over a certain amount even to u.s territory of guam. Now it doesn't work when shipping to guam. Still charged me for shipping no matter what I tried. Free shipping was the main reason for using ffusa. Other than that , fitnessfirstusa would receive a 5 star rating from me.

Unreliable. I used to to order from this website all the time and never really had any bad experiences up until recently. 1) A few months ago I placed a large order, of which, one item was backordered (just the specific flavor I wanted). I got an email stating they expected the flavor to be in stock very soon and asked if I would like to wait or get a different flavor. I interpreted very soon as same day or maybe next day so I said I could wait. A week later, my order still hadn't shipped. This was eventually worked out but better communication could have led to a better experience. 2) Related to their website. It was never the best browsing experience but it got the job done. Recently I had such a poor experience with the speed of the website that I almost left for good. I sent in an email to customer service and received a reply stating they were working on it. 3) My last order is essentially the last straw. I placed an order on April 30th for some protein and a couple other items that were bundled. The website showed no indication of the protein being out of stock. On May 9th, my order still showed "Processing" so I submitted a customer service ticket questioning what was happening. About 1 minute after my ticket was submitted, I got an email stating my order had shipped, and a reply to my ticket stated the protein was on back order and would be shipped separately. It is now another 10 days later and I have not received the protein. There is no indication on my account that the protein wasn't shipped nor does it show an estimated ship date. Who knows when it will show up. On a positive note, for those of you who live in the Charleston, SC area, the store is probably the best fitness retailer in the area, although I have been in there for 10 minutes before seeing an employee in the past, and I've placed orders for in store pickup that weren't even started on until I showed up in the store.
