Great prices and fast shipping. I love the rewards program. Only deducted one star because they could have a wider selection of supplement brands. I can’t get everything I want there, but I can get most things.

I’ve been ordering from fitness first for about 12 years. The website now is literally the slowest website I’ve ever been on and every month I go through the same experience. I go to place an order of 1-10 items and it’s tskes me about 45 minutes to complete the order because of the website. I’ve complained about this for a year now and nobody seems to care. Fitness first was better before it was bought.

I ordered some Total War preworkout that claimed to have DMHA in it, but upon receiving it I realized it was a different version that the one on the website. I tried to get an answer (emailed twice) but have still yet to hear anything. I have never had such poor customer service from any other site (I’ve ordered from dozens). I’ve always been taken care of right away so not sure why I can’t get a response.

Fitness First continue to do great work! I have one issue some of the products I was wanting one in-particular is Monster Plex by Innovative Labs. Over all I think you all have done a great job.. I like the changes you have made to the web site. I remember the old site and this is much better.
