Fitness First USAReviews of fitnessfirstusa.com

I love all of your products, anytime I order from you all the customer service and product selection is always outstanding.

Couldn't get a call back from customer service at all. Left 3 voicemails and plent of calls and nothing. Simple product availability shouldn't be this hard to answer. Already had one instance where they didn't have product (website said available). And had to wait a week and go through bs to get it refunded. 1 star is generous!

Great prices and super fast shipping!!!

I am pleased with the efficiency of the ordering system. My product arrived on time as expected.

I have been ordering from Fitness First since they were a smaller website till today and there prices, products and shipping are among the best I've used and continued to recommend Fitness First to all.

On the Few occasions I have had to contact your Customer Service,(Largely because your New WEB Site is NOT exactly User Friendly) they have always been "Extremely" Courteous, helpful and Responsive !! Great bunch of People !!!
