Fitness First USAReviews of fitnessfirstusa.com

Bought 4 Blackstonelabs products during the Black Friday deal and saved a ton of money, and they shipped the products out within 3 hours after I purchased them. I usually have 3 companies where I purchased my supplements to get the best deal, but so far Fitness First has the best deals and ships the products out quickly.

Delivered earlier than expected at a great affordable price due to promos and muscle bucks.

Good first experience. The mistake made on my order was quickly resolved and restored my confidence in using them again.

Received package early, great packing nice it was signed release only. Free supplement sample with my order was great! Service is greatly appreciated!

Everything came as expected.

Horrible customer service. even a BOGO deal didn't make up for rude employees who hang up without asking if there is anything else they can help you with or you saying there is something else. Also one of my shipments, the protein container didn't fit in the box and they halfassed it by taping the flaps together as best as possible in a too small box. the other box had one tiny piece of shipping paper in a horrendous attempt to keep the contents from moving and or protection but the contents could clearly move with the slightest movement of the box.

Fast overseas shipping. No complaints at all...

It's been two weeks since my order was placed and I still have not received it. No answer when calling customer service.
