Highly recommended! Excellent purchasing experience! I did not receive part of my order, but they quickly sent me the missing item. I first ordered from Fitness First years ago when I was in the Military and will continue to do business with them.

So my package came in the first time without the product. I called and the HR lady immediately got back to me. She rectified the problem, was very considerate, and even gave me a bag of goodies. It's very appreciated that she went through the effort to fix it as soon as possible.

Super fast shipping, packaging and great prices. I had been researching a stack product for a while before I ordered and of course the day I was going to order it, it went out of stock. I called their customer service number on the site and was greeted immediately. She politely informed me it would be back in stock the next week. It was, and I got a great stack for cheaper than the other sites. Will buy from again - first class!
