I get Super Fuel on a subscription and it is fabulous! I don’t have to remember to reorder and it is available as soon as I run out. I love this subscription.

I’m very happy to be a participant of the Fit Mother program! I’m a newbie who’s struggling with discipline and consistency, however, I’m determined to get better, as my health depends on it. So far, I’m very impressed with the level of effort I’m experiencing with the Fit Mother team in regards to helping to keep me focused and consistent with the program. I’m loving the helpful emails that remind me to complete each step of the process. I’m very thankful to have found the program and I look forward to future success's.

The program is great and easy to follow. I like that you are eating real food and they aren’t crazy recipes with ingredients you can’t find at local supermarkets. The workouts were a little confusing at first but once I got it down, I loved it. Perfect if you don’t have a home gym and travel. Like most programs, they work IF you follow it. Don’t expect great results if you aren’t willing to put forth the effort! Month one was a flop with my eating habits but started establishing a workout routine. I’m a work in progress 😜

This program is a game changer! Dr. A. incorporates the holistic approach to overall health and fitness. There is no other program out there like it. And believe me I’ve tried many of them. The personal care, support and accountability by others who’ve gone through the same struggles and have overcome is inspirational. I can’t thank The Fit Mother Project enough for helping me change my life!

There are many things I loved about the experience. The accountability, the support and the information was wonderful. The only drawback for me was it became overwhelming at one point when I was receiving so many e-mails but in the grand scheme of things this was not a big deal.

I have been following Dr. Anthony for a couple of years now. Based on the simplicity of the program, his encouragement and practicality of life, I decided to give this a try for one month and so far I have lost approximately 15 pounds. This was the simplest plan and most practical for my lifestyle busy as it is. I would definitely recommend for anyone to try because you can make it your lifestyle with tons of education. Dr. A definitely gives value for what he charges! Would recommend to everybody.

This program is wonderful so far! The customer service is so friendly and helpful and the Facebook group is a tremendous help as well!
