I think the constant reminders are helping me.keep in check every day. The videos are very informative however I do wish there was a grocery list. I know the recipes are there and we pick our options but would it be neat if you could just pick what you want for which meals on which days for a week and the site automatically adds it up and for a a grocery list? Over this is a great project, I am having trouble with the exercise on a consistent basis and the night time snacking however I normally keep it to a couple of almonds or a box of raisens.

Excellent products absolutely. The time it took to ship and receive product was a little more than desired. Makes it hard to know when to order refills. Yes, subscriptions would be the answer but some of us on tight budgets can’t always have automatic payments.

They scam people by promesing a 30 days money back amd a lifetime acess, but by the time you are ready to start, with all the surveys and steps, is day 35 and guess what, no reund and they hit you with a $197.00 for month 2 and more for month 3...In my opinion a Total scam.
