I have just now been able to drink the fat burn shake. Not bad except for the spinach on my teeth. The shake did taste good. The shipping of the whey protein was good and on time.

The program works, plain and simple. Nothing fancy just basic easy to follow workouts and diet plan.

Communication and follow up has been excellent. If anything, I am overloaded with information. My only problem is that I hurt my knee and have not been able to do the exercise over the past couple of weeks. Not sure how to proceed while waiting for my injury to be diagnosed and heal.

Wonderful program that works!! But you must work! All the tools recipes and support you need to accomplish your health and fitness goals! A solid program and structure. Grateful that I have found this program!

I would appreciate an app over a website. Could build in food log and workout stats etc. But the program works and goals in progress!

The FitFather Project has been around for a while. I first signed up with FFP In April 2019, but for some reasons or not, I have not fully committed myself because I guess I wanted instant results. Unfortunately it doesn’t work that way, you have to put in the work in order to reap the benefits. Since then, I have been like a yo-yo to FFP but they have always welcomed me with open arms and tried always to work with me. This year when I saw FFP on social media and YouTube and some of the guys who were members of FFP back in 2019, and how fantastic they looked today! Looking myself in the mirror and seeing how the years having taken a toll on me and seeing my eldest brother passed away on Veterans Day 2022, with pretty much the same kind ailments I’m with now! In September, I re-started FF30X Phase I, and just completed it! I am in Phase II Now feeling so good on what I have accomplished and how FFP Success Support Team and FFP Members keeps me motivated to keep pushing myself and not give up. This time, this will be my life time goal and I plan to beat myself everyday!!! Thank you Dr. A, FFP Success Support Team and the FFP MEMBERS!!!
