I am really enjoying the workouts
I am really enjoying the workouts. My back and neck feel 100% better. I like the diet plan. It is easy to follow and has saved me money on groceries. It means a lot to me that this program was designed by a medical doctor. Thank you so much!!!

It works
I purchased a lifetime membership Thanksgiving 2021. This program works, is easy to follow and they give you a lot of support and accountability along the way. I lost 35lbs in the first 10 months and was able to stop taking cholesterol medication. It works and I recommend it.
