Terrible customer support. Ordered the shoes in store, was told I would have them in 2 days. They never came. contacted support online they told me they would get the order processed that same day. waited 2 more days still not shipped. went back into the store today, they told me they couldn't help and did know anything. So I called support, spoke with someone who really wasn't sure about anything and said if they had not shipped in 2 more days to call back again. Hung up from that call and started looking closer at the order and realized they ordered the wrong pair of shoes. Called back into customer support. They tried to tell me I had to go back into the store, I told them I just came from the store and they told me to call you. They then had to go consult with their manager and determined they could refund my current order and I would have to place a new order and start all over. I said fine, then they only refunded part of my order and didn't refund me the correct amount. Complete an utter incompetence at every level of this company.

On Friday I bought 2 pairs of shoes ,new balance at FIT2RUN and on cloud at Fleet Feet. Brought them both back the following Wednesday as they just weren't right. DID NOT WEAR THE SHOES MORE THAN A FEW MINUTES Returned to fleet feet. She said they were used and would not give a refund. I told her she was not going to do that to me. She relented and issued the refund but she warned me next time they would not take them(will never go back so whatever) Onto fleet feet . He didn't even look at the shoes, was happy to give the return and said he has never denied a return within 30 days. WARNING DO NOT SHOP AT FIT2RUN

I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order. I was looking for Altra running shoes and they showed them in stock for a great price. I placed an order on Jan 10, and 6 days later it was "unfulfilled." Their customer service team claimed "due to circumstances beyond our control we cannot confirm a ship date, however we are still within our 7 day shipping window." Sure, from Florida to LA it will be on time. My suspicion is they list items not available in inventory and float the purchase until someone complains enough to demand their money back. What a joke.

Horrible company. They don’t ship the products, they don’t solve anything. I haven’t received my products, and they offer no solutions.

It’s almost 2025 and these kids can’t tell you what’s in stock or sizes… must be a complete shit show.

This company lists many items as "out of stock" when they don't have them. But, they also do a sneaky thing, which I suspect is deceptively designed to have some of their items picked up as the cheapest around on Google Shopping, namely: They list an item as in stock at a ridiculously low price, entrap you into going through the buy process, then when you go to shipping, it says "cannot ship to [e.g.] Pennsylvania." I called to ask WTF, and the girl said "it just means they aren't in stock to ship."

I accidentally ordered the wrong color of Hokas for a gift. I wasn’t sure how to return them and order the correct ones. I emailed the Fit2run and received back a condescending response about how to return the shoes! I spent $30+ in FedEx cost to return them! They’ve been sitting there for almost a week and I still haven’t received the refund on my credit card! I contacted them again today and I had to jump through hoops to provide Fit2Run my return information to prove that they were in fact returned and sitting there for 5 days now and I still don’t have a refund! They play a lot of back and forth email games with their customers and it’s frustrating and ridiculous that the customer has to do THEIR JOB for them! I will never do business with them again! Still waiting until they decide to refund me back on my credit card! Very poor customer service and return process!

I would argue company is selling “seconds” or mislabeled shoes! I have a pair of ASICS from the ASICS store, size 10.5 and they fit great. Ordered an 11 from Fit2Run and they are too tight and small! I wore them for a week to confirm they were mid-sized. After contacting company, no exchange was available and I couldn’t return them without tags, and new condition (unworn.) I should have known better when their price was 25% less than any competitor! Save your time and money and shop at Road Runner Sports!
