I bought from fit2run, and then I read this reviews and man I was scared!! I waited 1 day after I made the purchase, then I called them, I used the phone number of the headquarters to get CS. They told my order was in and it was being prepared at the moment. Next day the tracking was sent and I was delivered the day after. Maybe they're getting better at this now. Anyway I wanted to share my experience, to let people know. Prices are good, shipping was fast and carefully wrapped.

Just got my running shoes for a great price. Wanted to get a pair of Gel Nimbus 24 since they have changed them so much in latest versions. Shipped to me for free. They emailed me when they were shipped. Will order again from them.

Clean store, nice variety. We had a problem applying our Club Points but instead of giving up or referring us online Ashley at UTC Mall in Sarasota Florida took the time to help us solve the problem so we were able to order the shoes we wanted. A million thanks.

placed order 1/26/24 received 2/3/24 correct item nib, Tried emailing/calling with no luck so was skeptical after seeing these reviews but dont worry the item will arrive

Placed order on Tuesday and received the order on Friday. Received an order confirmation and tracking number. Product was new in box and seemed like shoes were never even tried on. Excellent transaction! Would purchase from again.

My sales rep Gloria spent a great deal of time with me making sure my selection was the correct one for my needs. She was very knowledgeable about the products. The store in the Ellenton Premium Outlets in Florida was awesome, the staff was friendly, and Gloria was a great salesperson.

My son and my wife have bought shoes here and suggested I go there and quit buying discount shoes. So I found the store in the mall and I have to say that it’s the first time that someone has accurately measured my feet and my gait. The clerk brought out three pairs that matched my profile. Each one I tried on and walked around their inside track to determine the best pair. I bought the most comfortable shoe that I’ve ever worn. And it’s the first time that someone has adjusted my size and width properly. They weren’t the cheapest store but why compromise your feet. Definitely impressed. I also bought a dry fit shirt and shorts. Very pleased with this transaction.

I only wear one kind of sneaker and it's hard to find. Not because it's especially sought after, just because maybe other people aren't really looking for it. I don't know. But I ordered the same sneaker, twice, once in the beginning of February and once this past week. Both times I got a great price and got my order super quickly. I was a little nervous because I had never heard of this company but I had no problems.
