I really like the bite rate however..
I really like the bite rate depending on weather and the knotts intructions. However is advertised on social media that the app can suggest baits according to the species you are fishing. I wish this feature was accesible on the app. Another thing that will make this app a one stop shop, is been able to see what species are on each fishing spot.

Jeremy, thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback! 🎣 We’re really glad you’re enjoying the bite forecast and knot guides. Species information is already available in Fishbox in some areas, and we’re continuing to expand this coverage across more platforms and countries. Our team is also actively working on making related features, including lure recommendations, available to even more anglers, so please keep an eye on upcoming updates — there’s more on the way. We really appreciate your suggestions, and if you ever have questions or additional feedback, feel free to reach out anytime via in-app chat or at [email protected].

Fishbox is a game-changer for anyone who loves fishing. It’s simple, fast, and packed with features that make every trip more exciting. The app is easy to use, with clear maps and real-time updates on fish spots. You can track your catches, share them with friends, and even learn from others’ experiences. The community aspect is what sets it apart-it’s like having a fishing buddy right in your pocket. Plus, the rewards and challenges keep you hooked. If you’re serious about fishing, this is the tool you need. No more guesswork, just pure fun and efficiency.

It is a very helpful app
It is a very helpful app, although I was fishing at cacapon river, west viriginia and that waterway wasn’t registered. So it would be more helpful if most of not all waterways were registered, although most are, and I would definitely recommend the app!
Response from Fishbox.comAug 21, 2026
Glad to hear the app has been helpful overall, and we really appreciate you pointing out the missing waterway in West Virginia. We’re continuously expanding and improving our coverage, so specific examples like this are very useful for our team. Please feel free to send us the exact location via in-app chat or at [email protected] so we can review it more closely. We hope to make Fishbox even more complete and useful for your future trips.

Water level
It would be very helpful. If you had some indication about the water level is they’re showing all reservoirs in my area when most of them have no more than a thimble full of water.
Response from Fishbox.comAug 21, 2026
That’s a really useful suggestion, Kent! Water levels can make a huge difference when choosing where to fish, especially when local reservoirs are running low. We’re always looking for ways to make the information in Fishbox more useful and relevant, and feedback like this helps us understand what anglers need most. If you’d like, feel free to share the reservoirs or area you’re referring to via in-app chat or at [email protected] so our team can take a closer look.
