They will work tirelessly to fix problems when they occur
The app quit working properly for me so I reached out to customer service. Since it was late in the evening, I fully expected to hear back sometime the next day. To my surprise, a representative responded to my help request within the hour. Through a few troubleshooting checks, they determined that the issue was on their end. Within two and a half hours they fixed the issue. Besides the friendly customer service, what impressed me was all of this took place between around 10:30 pm and 1:30 am Central time. As far as the app goes, it is very well designed, and the algorithm they use is pretty darn accurate, and it constantly updates in response to changing parameters as the day goes along. So, in conclusion, I highly recommend the app. I use it to help plan my fishing trips, and importantly, if you have issues with the app, the Fishbot squad will work swiftly to resolve issues. Without a doubt, one of the best apps on my phone.
