Your site said you had items in stock, went through entire order process, waited several days, and got an email cancelling the order. twice this occurred. If you don't have the parts- don't list them. you wasted two weeks of my time between waiting for you to cancel orders and having to go look up another part. Ended up paying more locally and wish I had just done that in the first place.

I ordered a part then I went to check on the status of the shipping and then I got a notice saying that it was out of stock but still showed on your website that it’s available

Ordered in stock part with next day air early shipping. Week later canceled order since it still had not come yet. Threatened to sue them for their deceptive business practices. Still waiting on my refund. Horrible experience and recommend no one ever order from them.

Ordered part , confirmation by call they have part, 2 to 4 day for delivery, 1 week later no part....I called they said they will call me back, never did 3 days I call in a row...finally they say they don't have the part....suppose to get a refund but been 3 weeks now

We paid for overnight shipping and shipper never put the part in the mail.

I ordered a the part paid for one business day after three business days i finally contacted first truck parts to find out why it had not shipped only to be told they must verify that the part will work then i was informed that it wouldn’t work on my truck and although it would have had an extra button i almost certain that it would have worked i never asked for verification just for the part that i ordered to be shipped i just had them to refund it I don’t have time to argue with a truck down

I have asked for an invoice and credit card receipt for Order #A5471. Please send as soon as possible. I need to reconcile. Thank you.
