wiring connection was wrong. puton shelf hope it fits another freightline

Ordered two parts on 12-11-23. On 12-13 only because I followed up, I was told we only have one of the parts. I said ok and ship the one. Today is 12-26 and the part has not shipped. I cancelled my order.

Ordered a part online to be shipped express overnight and close to a week after no package and no call to explain delay. Requested refund and canceled order.

Purchased a new Hydro boost with an emergency brake back up pump motor already attached and marked as if someone torqued it but it seems that someone forgot to put a gasket in there and is pouring out power steering fluid upon start up. There is no answer when I called Company, so what do I do?

Yall canceled order because the shipping address has to match the billing address. Stupid way to lose business.

I received a used part! I ordered a new Eaton Fuller Electronic Clutch Actuator (ECA). The part I received had clearly been previously installed. The wires that came with the part had broken clips on the end. I sent the part back. Tracking said the part was delivered to them on 11/28/2023. I haven't heard anything from them since. They told me that no one was trying to send me a used part. They take pictures of the part before they send it. It was clearly previously installed!

Wow! I can’t believe I was asked for a rating. I needed the part quickly, they took my money, 3 days later the part had not even shipped yet. I was refunded my money. The support was awful. The experience was even worse. 3 days of lost revenue. I bought the part from another reputable company and had it the next day. Zero stars from me. Lose my contact information. Buyer beware!!!!
