Paid air shipment & was shipped the wrong part ! when i phone in all i get is girls who have ne clue & just want to get me a return form. i want the correct part shipped preppd. & customs paid as well.

Horrible customer service.

I cancelled my order and have not been refunded

Ordered 2/6 and paid $28 for 2nd day delivery and today is 2/11 still haven’t gotten the order delivered. Called customer service and the lady was horrible.

Ordered part with 2 day delivery via UPS but it took over a week before they actually shipped the part.

Total rip off! Selling used truck parts for more than new ones. And charging a 20% restocking fee in order to return the over priced part.

They did not send me the advertised part. The part number on the part in the display picture does not match with the product that they sent me. The product they sent me looks aftermarket.

1) TRACKING INFO REQUESTED SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE ARRIVING, 2) PRODUCT WAS ORDERED 12/18/2023 WITH 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS SHIPPING, I EXPRESSLY ASKED IF PRODUCT WAS ON HAND AT LOCATION AND WAS RESPONDED TO WITH A YES, HOWEVER PRODUCT WAS NOT SHIPPED UNTIL A WEEK LATER AND DID NOT ARRIVE UNITL JANUARY 4TH. 3) WHEN PRODUCT DID ARRIVE IT WAS DAMAGED, THE BOX IT CAME IN WAS IN GOOD CONDITION SO THE PRODUCT WAS BOXED WITHOUT INSPECTION AND DAMAGE. THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTION WAS DESTROYED UPON ARRIVAL.
