Long Story Short - I ordered a part. After two days I checked the order status and it said label created but not received by UPS. I inquired via chat and they told me to give it more time. I waited 4 days over the weekend and rechecked. No change. I called and the agent said she would call me back, but never did. I left a negative review. I tried the chat and ended up chatting with Mark. He said the order was lost so they sent another part via UPS 2nd day air. They sent the order the day after my first inquiry. The order arrived the next day - it had been drop shipped from an ebay vendor. In the end I got the part and Mark worked to make things right.

The price of the part was very expensive, it took three business days to receive the package , but they have good customer service. Thank you!

The website said they had one item left and 19 people had it in their cart... so I chatted with someone who said they had plenty. So I placed the order and the system said they were out... I told this to the chat person who said try again... I did and it worked. Shipping was right away and I got my item with no issues... but for the on-line system, I would have given them a five star!!!

I would have given 5 stars except when I ordered my part it was listed in stock. Which ment your supplier had it in stock which added 5 days to the delivery. Other than that the part was new and got me back on the road. The 5 days was worth the wait since it saved me over 2,000 dollars.
