Don't shi when you promise it took 9 days to ship and 3 days to receive the package after shipping that to long to have a vehicle down

got a wrong part, sent them the pictures of my old part and the part i received. sent them the vin number also. not willing to help. also want to charge tyhe restocking fee.

Sent wrong item tried calling said to email I emailed and it's been days with no response. Guess I'll have to file a claim with the credit card.

Parts was ordered next day air 4 days ago and was shipped usps and was still charged 40 dollars shipping

The part delivered to me looks to be aftermarket, the photos posted online show and claim to be genuine. I feel this is bait and switch. The part does not match the ad that I bought from.

Applicable year was not listed. Did not work for my truck and then with the 20% restocking fee. I'm out 60 or $70. Shipping was fast would give five stars but won't work with me on the refund ,
