Anton from First Fly Travel just helped me out of a very stressful experience. He helped me find a ticket home which I could afford after I had spent more than 24 hours trying to get home! He was kind, sympathetic, helpful and professional and worked hard to find an solution for me. You would do well to keep this employee - he is the kind of employee who represents his employers well, a person who makes an excellent impression. I am not sure if my review went through. Jane at firstfly was great. You get a human to talk to that listens and you get an immediate response with a list of options. I thank Jane and the leadership for supporting and encouraging the philosophy that each customer has value.
