I will surely recommend anyone to Shine Perez for her excellent support and patience in customer service to ensure we get the best possible service and I was so pleased with her throughout the process of ensuring we got another ticket secured after my cousin missed her flight due to miscommunication from the third party we booked our initial ticket from. Thank you so much Shine🙏🏾🙏🏾🫶🏽

I had a wonderful time talking to Ferris. He is knowledgeable and patient in talking to me. He explain and guide to where I am suppose to go. He make sure to direct me on the website and it is the most helpful to me. I want to thank him personally.

Shine Perez Was very helpful when my mummy wanted to travel from Canada to Nigeria She helped us through every steps

We are we’re traveling to Alaska and our 1st flight out of Newark was canceled. I called united airlines to get an alternate flight. They transferred me to Anton He was able to get us alternate flights from a different airport. However when we got to the airport THAT flight was canceled. He worked very hard to get us onto other alternate flights and hopefully we’ll get to Alaska today! Anton was extraordinary. I give him 10 stars!

ANTON is an amazing agent. He worked hard on our emergency flight. He is a great asset to your company.

Anton If this message could please be sent to your supervisor. Due to flight delay I am unable to get to my destination today. I was beyond frustrated when I called and connected with Anton. His calm presence, level of professionalism and kindness minimized my level of frustration. Anton worked tirelessly and intentionally to ensure I could get to the conference as soon as possible. Anton could provide education to others on customer service. He GETS it!!! If i had a position for him I would offer him a job. I hope you recognize and appreciate his value. I highly recommend everyone to use Shine Perez for your travel needs. Shine Perez went above and beyond for me to be able to meet my needs for my travel to Italy. She was able to make the impossible happen. She got me concessions from management and was able to find me a spot on a flight so I could meet my group. Thank you Shine. I’m truly grateful.

Anton could not have been more kind, caring and helpful. For me out of a jam from a missed flight issue with persistence and generosity. I’d give Anton 10 stars, not a mere 5!!!! Thank you Anton.
