Rachel (10042) Rachel was very quick to assist me with managing my return flight home. She was very knowledgeable in answering all my questions and so very polite and kind! Thanks Rachel!g

Rachel was the bomb. She took care of everything. There was a lot of errors due to my travel agent. She straightened everything out really helped me. She was Very helpful very patient and took care of everything we needed. I couldn’t be happier.

I have talked with Ragnar on a few occasions and the first time I was so happy, as Ragnar helped me get my two return tickets with different return dates. Plus I travelled with two cats and he explained everything to the T and made my anxiety go away with his calm, personal and professional demeanor❣️ Ragnar is my go to when I need to fly anywhere now. When I have questions about a trip he’s very courteous and always answers promptly! I feel really safe knowing he has my back.

Very helpful service

Wow! Edwin Jones. Ext-10053 was amazing today. He was patient and informative. Edwin spent the time to address my concerns and explain options. This was the best customer service call I've experienced in years.
