I enjoyed my experience with Steve because he was very thorough. He was very helpful and he had some great suggestions. When I indicated there were additional things I wanted to consider. He helped me walk through that and assisted me and making a final decision.

I had such great help. It was difficult for me to navigate online to coincide with the bus system and the young man helping me was fantastic. Thank you Steve!

Jack, the person that assisted us, was very helpful. He was able to get us back on the same flight & seats together after our flights were rebooked. I would definitely ask for his help again.
