Not only did they approve me for a loan to buy my dream car—a new Cadillac—but they also offered me a high-limit credit card and a line of credit, all with just one hard inquiry on my Experian report. The level of service I received was outstanding. Before I applied, I had the opportunity to speak with someone in the credit department who helped me fine-tune my application. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through the process while I was on the phone with him. He stayed in constant communication with me during underwriting, ensuring everything went smoothly.
