God only knows how long I’ve been with this credit union. They’re one of the worst. I’m trying to get a hold of somebody in customer service the phone numbers that take you to receptionist or call centers that do absolutely no good or help you with your accounts, if you ever have your credit card compromised, it’s impossible to get a hold of anybody and it takes weeks to fight for it. I truly cannot stand this bank and all my years it’s been by far one of the worst. I don’t know how you guys stay in business while I do because it’s customers like me whoever year we say we’re going to get rid of you guys. We still continue using this atrocious bank because of the film ministry, which is leaving California, and hopefully you guys will leave soon as well.

If you are thinking about opening a trust account with First Enterainment. Don't or at least not while Marcia Villamil or Steve Ortiz still work there. I'm not sure if its the lack of communication that upsets me more. Or the unprepared ness on both account. Something that should have taken a couple of hours to do. Took one week. That is unacceptable, I have been with first ent for almost 10 or 15 years. This is the first time I have ever experienced this with them. Maybe it's because First Ent. Doesn't have the services in house, and you can totally tell it's a work from home situation. I was told that after covid they took that service out of the branches, but it's time to put them back! Also, they need better training, there is no reason to have paperwork for 2 days and not be prepared for an afternoon appointment. I mean absolutely no excuse. Do better!

Limited business hours terrible rates and they offer a credit card that they don't service. You have to go to an outside service for your credit card through them. I would highly recommend you do not not use this Credit Union

Bad bank, rude staff, archaic processes. Every time there is some issue it is absolute headache. I don't use the account much- according to them, but i have monthly charges there. So they froze it and now i have been dealing with them for a week. For absolutely nothing, there was no issue on my side.

Although FECU offers competitive rates, they are TERRIBLE at communication. The initial loan application took way longer than normal to process because the person who began it had no idea what they were doing. The loan only went through once a supervisor had taken over. Now, a couple of years into the loan, we changed insurance carriers. FECU for some reason thought we had a lapse in coverage. But they ONLY COMMUNICATED THIS THROUGH SNAIL MAIL. Which we did not get because we were out of the country for four months. We opted for electronic communication, but received no emails from them, no messages on their website or in the inbox in our online account. So they went ahead and got insurance coverage for us. which they are not charging us for. Had they communicated in any MODERN way, this would have never been an issue. Who only sends snail mail? I would avoid FECU for auto loans at all costs.

The level of service I received was outstanding. Before I applied, I had the opportunity to speak with someone in the credit department who helped me fine-tune my application. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through the process while I was on the phone with him. He stayed in constant communication with me during underwriting, ensuring everything went smoothly. Even after my car loan was approved, they continued to support me through the process as I worked with the dealership. Their team’s dedication and willingness to help at every step blew me away. I had the best experience with First Entertainment Credit Union, and I’ll be using them exclusively for my lending needs in the future. I can’t say enough good things about them. Highly recommended!
