Besides the fact that my son did not really like the flavor, we saw no impact whatsoever. First Day is no different than any other multi-vitamin. It’s just more expensive. My Instagram account got suspended because I was trying to post the truth. Don’t waste your money.

Our child absolutely hates the flavour of these gummies. I had high hopes that they would be a great way to ensure she was getting her vitamins and nutrients that may be lacking in her diet. Sadly, I tasted them, and I would agree that they are not as delicious as the ads would leave one to believe. What a waste of money.

This have seriously been a game-changer for my 2 kiddos! The difference in his development and social skills is like night and day. We used to deal with quite a few outbursts, but now? It's like they've taken a backseat, and most times, they're a thing of the past. The best part is he's actually excited to take these vitamins. The taste is a hit, and the fact that he enjoys the whole routine is a huge win in my book. It's a small victory, but it makes our daily routine way smoother. What blew my mind is how focused he gets when he's on these vitamins. It's like a switch – he's zoned in and engaged. When we've had a break from them, I notice the difference, and not in a good way. So, we're definitely sticking with these! Honestly, I'd shout it from the rooftops. These vitamins are a must-try. They've made a real, noticeable difference for us, and I'm all for spreading the word. Thanks for making a product that's been a total game-changer in our daily mom-and-kid adventures!

Their customer service is a JOKE. I originally reached out to customer service on 1/23/24 and I received a response was told I couldn't return my product even though I was well within the 45-day delivery window. I followed up and they sent me a return code for the wrong products. I have followed up 3 times since with no response. I have reached out via email again this morning.

I never received my full order! The customer service is only through email. You can’t speak to anyone. I bought 2 bottles . One for my son & one for myself. Although tracking said it would take only a week, it took two . I was excited for both of us to start them but a little frustrated. I got a msg that both were delivered. I opened the bag & only one bottle for my son was inside. No receipt or anything. I went to the company website through the FB ad that I ordered off of. There is no way to contact them except by email. So I sent an email. Several “DAYS” later I got an email saying mine was delayed that I should receive it within a week. A week goes by & I got nothing! I waited a few extra days & then contacted them again. “DAYS” later I got an email stating they sold out of the bottle, but could send me the replacement pouch (which is not resealable, so the gummies would go hard) or they could send me what I ordered but it would be another 1-2 weeks. Guess who still hasn’t received the vitamins?? The kicker behind this is my friend ordered 3 weeks after me & got her vitamins. The ones that they said they are out of the bottle!! Plz do not get roped in with these ppl! It’s a scam!!

Extremely unhappy with this company they’re very unprofessional unethical and continue to charge my card not once, but twice after I canceled my subscription. I reached out to customer service and they told me Oh sorry they’ve already been shipped, but that wasn’t the case.

The vitamins come sticky and gooey. Taste wise, it’s not so bad but the customer service is pretty terrible. We had to cancel because the kids stopped wanting to take it, and my husband was allergic to one of the ingredients on there for men’s vitamin.They kept Withdrawing the money from Our account, and saying excuses- a family member must have ordered it, even after I let them know no one ordered it, and I even let them know I’ll return the vitamins they have sent, but just refund the money ($101.67- two kids vitamins and one men, which men we canceled after the first month but kept charging us for four months) . I’m not sure why it’s so hard trying to get my money back,, we’ve emailing back and forth for the past weeks.. and still no refund. It’s just crap. Don’t get it.. especially it’s hard when you’re trying to cancel they just won’t let you go.

I've canceled my subscription, but you continue to send these to me. I put in my cancelation notice 2 weeks before the due date. Please unsubscribe me now. I do not want these anymore. Poor customer service because you have to email them. If you call, they make you leave a message to get back in touch with you. Done both, but they continue to send them.
