Sometimes I say I wish my son could be a spokesperson lol. He actually likes the vitamins... the orange more than the red but still. Doesn't complain about taking them. I got these because my son is not a big eater and he was very distracted at school and not doing well with his behavior. These were a game changer! My son started eating more and actually was doing better at school. More focused more willing to learn... to test if it was the vitamins I used them for about 2 months and then stopped and I did notice a difference.. he stopped eating as well and yes his behavior did change. I started again and we are building back to eating well. I'm a believer in these and recommended to my sister for her daughter too

I started my 3 year old out on them and she has showed so much different in her attitude her focus and so much more they smell like real vitamins and taste good as well. Yes they are a little more pricey from others but I would struggle to buy them if need to they are great and I let all my friends and family to use them.

I bought these for my 8 yr old Granddaughter. I did not mention to her teacher that we were doing anything differently. By the 3rd month on First Day vitamins, the teacher wrote us a letter telling us how proud she was of her calmer behavior and that her reading levels improved drastically. I mentioned to the teacher that she started a new vitamin and that we noticed a big difference in her learning and attitude as well! I would say give the vitamins a good try for at least 2-3 months. It has worked wonders with our Granddaughter! She has now taken them for 6 months and continues to do great! Thank you so much😊

I was eager to try these vitamins but then they arrived with a large duty charge. When I emailed to confirm that I wouldn't be accepting the package, the support team responded with a patronizing response. "A customs fee is like a little charge that the government puts on stuff when it comes into or goes out of a country. It helps cover the costs of checking and handling all the goods at the border. So, when you get a package from another country, the customs folks might add this fee based on things like how valuable the stuff is, what kind of things they are, and the rules for importing and exporting. It's an extra charge on top of the shipping costs, and it's all about making sure everything's legit and supporting the country's economy." I was disappointed that there was no mention of this anywhere on their website after paying shipping already.

We are 40 days in to using first day for our 10-year-old son but more importantly we started using this for our 13-year-old daughter. She has all the hormonal mood swings and really erratic behavior and just seemed angry, although these vitamins have not taking them completely away as The video had shown that they might. I understand results waiver based on your child, but I’m writing this review because they are definitely better. She seems more balanced and happier overall.

My kids like the flavor, and I love that it supplements their lack of veggies.
