My kids like the flavor and texture. I am happy with the ingredient profile and like that the refills come in a bag every month. We are hoping to see the changes in mood/irritability that are advertised.

Our children like the taste and they're always excited to take their multivitamins in the morning. I am happy that I found out about First Day and will be a customer for years to come.

We just got our first order of gummies a few days ago so l can’t speak on effectiveness yet but the customer service is fantastic. There was an error with my shipping address and when we realized the error they immediately sent me out a new package, which arrived at the same time as my second month package. Myself and my 3 neurodiverse kids have been taking them for a few days. The taste is great. I think they taste like candy. Even my super picky kid will eat them and I can’t get him to take anything. He actually asked for extra. So there are 2 things in the win column. Customer service is awesome and the gummies taste great. They have great ingredients so I'm happy about that and I’m really hoping with consistency that we see the health benefits from them quickly.

My two and a half year old asks us every morning for his vitamin. Of course I’m happy to give him such a safe and clean product. We love the gummy form for him. Anything else is too chalky and he won’t take it.

Getting my son on vitamins was so difficult due to his non-interest in sweets. Yes, I know. What kids doesn’t like candy?!? Well, mine! I spend so much money buying different brands of vitamins to try to get him to like them enough to take them. Until we found First Day… I tried it myself and it wasn’t overly sweet or chalky like those Flintston Vits or the chewable hard vitamins. Once I talked my son into trying them, the rest was history. Today and everyday, he makes sure to remind us to give him his vitamins and says “ we didn’t take our vitamins today!” He enjoyed them and looks forward to them daily.

I always hear negative things about the ingredients in vitamins over the counter. My two children are young, 7 and 5. So you can imagine how sick they get with the fact that they attend school. I love the amount of nutrition that’s in these vitamins. I have definitely seen a major decrease in how often they get sick. Plus, with the fact that my youngest is extremely picky, I love that she can receive an intense amount of nutritional content in these vitamins. My girls have been taking these vitamins for at least 3 months now.

I had the same issue as Neoma (and also live in Canada). I was so excited to finally order these, but when I opened them, they were a revolting melted, sticky, gooey mess stuck to the sides and bottom. Not sure if this was just a bad batch, or if they sat on a hot truck too long. But so gross 🤢 🤮! So disappointed!!! Ick, yuck, gross! No way my kids would touch those with a 10ft pole! 😕 I’ve reached out to customer service for a refund.

I was so excited to try these. I bought them for my teenage sons. Website and ordering process were both smooth, delivery, also fairly quick to Canada. After eagerly waiting for the first shipment to arrive, I tore open the package, only to find the safety seal was open and the seal was pressed down into the container. The gummies were also a melted mess. Fine, sometimes things happen, no problem, I reached out, customer service was fantastic and sent a replacement right away. Skip next shipment, wait for new package to arrive. New package arrives, again tear open the package, safety seal securely in place, great I think, these should be good! So I cut open the seal, and lo and behold, melted gummies again. And I live in Canada as mentioned, it's already been pretty cool here, no reason for them to be melted. Wish I could add a photo. Really disappointing experience. I again contacted support and they were again super nice and helpful, kudos to their service agents. I requested a refund and ended up canceling my subscription. Hoping positive changes can be made to the gummies ability to handle traveling in transit to the customer. I may consider resubscribing in the future, in the meantime, I will have to use something else.
