I got these for my daughter, and they worked! she was less moody, her immunities were up, she felt better.. but when they came they were sticky. Customer Service for this company is INCREDIBLE though and we got a replacement! I do recommend keeping them in the refrigerator though! I have recommended these to my students' parents as well!

I LOVE First Day. They’re quick to respond to emails and always help me resolve issues quickly. For example, I accidentally forgot to skip a month on my subscription, when I already had a ton of vitamins at home. I emailed them and they were able to immediately cancel my order and adjust the frequency of my orders. Our family regularly uses their kids multivitamins, their kids melatonin, the women’s multivitamin, and the women’s magnesium. We love them all.
