I’m extremely disappointed with First Day’s customer service. I never received the promised 5-day advance email before my order was renewed, which led to an unexpected charge. When I reached out to customer service for help, their response was unhelpful and dismissive. It’s frustrating to feel ignored as a customer, especially when the issue was on their end. Very disappointed… Also if you want the agent’s name is Vein.

My son pretty much didn't take any vitamins since he didn't like the texture or flavor of many. Finally we found something he enjoys taking. This winter has also been pretty brutal with all the germs going around but ever since he started taking these, his immune system seems to be stronger - even if he catches a virus, he is better in a day or 2. It can all be in my head but either way I'm happy with the results!
