Hi Team! I’ve really gone down the health rabbit hole. Huge focus on healthy eating, quality sleep and lots of daily exercise. I’ve switched to healthy gummies which use on my long daily walks or hikes (10-15 km). Super happy with these multivitamin gummies as part of my daily routine … super tasty and healthy. I much appreciate your work!

We’ve been using for about a month for my 11 year old gymnast who can’t “shut off” after practice. Huge difference! She settles, sleeps and feels rested in the morning. These teen calming gummies have helped so much in so thankful!

I have a 4 year old who is very picky and also shows signs of ADHD and Behavior issues. We tried these vitamins as a last resort and LOVE them so far. My son has started eating more meals verses grazing all day long. He has also shown less signs of aggression and agitation. He LOVES these taste of them! He thinks he’s getting these as a treat every morning!

Very Disappointed – Misleading Presentation and Poor Quality I was extremely disappointed with this product. The item I received did not match the advertised description or images, which clearly depicted three distinct flavors and colors. Instead, the vitamins arrived as a single, congealed orangish mass, sticky to the touch and visually unappealing. Additionally, they emitted an unpleasant odor that raised concerns about their freshness and quality. This experience fell far below expectations, and I would not consider purchasing this product again.

The mg gummies didn't help at all. The company refused to issue me a refund (with or without returning an unopened package). Bad business.

I was looking for a gummy vitamin that was actually healthy compared to the generic over-the-counter gummies for my toddler. I started researching which is when I found First Day. Considering my toddler has struggled with tantrums, I was intrigued with the research on hidden hunger and decided to give it a try. Since starting the vitamins about 5 months ago, I do have to say that his tantrums have significantly improved (whether that's due to age and improvement in communication skills or a combination of that + these vitamins, hard to say). Regardless, I feel good knowing that my son loves them and that I'm choosing a vitamin that's actually healthy for him. All in all, I consider it a win.

Any vitamins that my kids are EXCITED to take are #1 in my books !!!

My kids have been taking these for about 6 months and they really enjoy them and I feel good knowing i’m giving them gummy vitamins that are so good for them!
