I have had a great experience with First Day Supplements
I have had a great experience with these vitamins. I use the women's multi vitamin, the magnesium, and probiotic. I think all three are great! The shipments come right on time, and I never worry about running out.

I ordered 2 bottles of First Day for my…
I ordered 2 bottles of First Day for my teens. At check out, they upsold me to three bottles. However, they ended up sending me 5 total and charging me almost $100. I immediately contacted them and asked them to cancel the two additional bottles that were not ordered. No one called me back. I sent an email. No one emailed me back. I sent another email and got a response but they said there was nothing they could do but offer me a 20% discount. Then, I said I wanted them to honor the 45 day money back guarantee and nobody has responded. This company is not trustworthy. I guess I am going to have to dispute with my cc company. Not a trustworthy way to act as a supposed reputable company.

Won't let you cancel subscription or respond to request to do so!!!
I have been trying to cancel my subscription for DAYS now. The website says easy cancellation, but there is no cancellation option accessible and Customer Care just emailed back ONCE to ask why I wanted to cancel. I have messaged daily for almost a week. Shady business!! Do NOT get a subscription!!

We ordered 2 bottles of multi vitamins…
We ordered 2 bottles of multi vitamins and the kids do not agree with the flavor or texture. Emma has been wonderful helping me cancel the subscription, the menu options offer changing flavors or delivery dates but if you just press continue you CAN get the full option to cancel, without having to contact them. We’ll see in a month if things went as smoothly as they seem. I’ll come back to update. Emma offered a flavor exchange, by trying their other vitamins but I’m asking for refunds of the unopened bottle and the bottle we sampled, missing 6 total gummies, as each child tried each flavor. Hoping that will alao go smoothly so ai can bump this review to 5 stars, despite our family not loving the product.

Beware
Beware! Scam! Reoccurring charges even if you click the box stating no. Scam. No phone to call it’s all online. They refuse to refund my money.
