Very helpful

I was never in a debt situation as I was when I was laid off from my job. I didn't know what to do or where to turn. Someone close to me suggested a debt settlement company. I never heard about them before, so I took a chance. I researched a few debt settlement companies and decided on First Choice Debt Relief. I was reluctant and extremely nervous on taking the next step and signing on with them. It was the best thing that could have happened to us. In two years, we became debt free. It was amazing. I thank you First Choice for everything you have done for us.

Let me start by saying that I have less than perfect credit. And before I called First Choice Debt Relief, I estimated my debt in the range of $20,000 to $25,000. After speaking with Mercedes Diaz in the California branch, she was able to help me find out that my debt was only $2,000 and was honest enough to inform me that it would be much cheaper to handle it on my own instead of having FCDR handle it for me. I've dealt with a lot of debt consolidation agencies and most, if not all, would have forced a sales pitch down my throat in an attempt to real me in as a customer and ultamitley paying well over the amount that I owed. Mercedes Diaz walked me through step by step through my credit report and also gave me great consultation as to get rid of my debt as well as build by credit in the process. It's funny to say that I almost wish that I had more debt so that I could give FCDR my business. This coming from some one who isn't even an active customer but had a wonderful experience with an outstanding representative that truly wished to help me and did. FCDR, I want to thank you for hiring such an amazing employee and human being and I will be referring any, and everybody I know who has credit and debt issues to you guys. And for Mercedes Diaz, I hope you get a chance to read this and I sincerely want to thank you for all of your help, and most importantly, your honesty. Thank you and I wish I could give more stars.

I was skeptical of being able to afford the monthly payments as I have talked to other debt relief agencies. Those agencies wanted more than what I was paying my current debtors. I'm very pleased with First Choice and would highly recommend this program.
