My contact person was Andrea Aguilar - our first contact was through E-Mail, she answered my initial questions through E-Mail and I really appreciated that. So many E - Mail inquires are responded to with a phone call and an aggressive sales person. I liked that she answered my questions and when I felt more comfortable we then had a phone conversation. Being heavily in debt is embarrassing and Andrea never made me feel bad or that she was judging me or my situation. She responded quickly and answered all my many many questions. I very much enjoyed speaking with Andrea and she made my embarrassing situation seem quite normal - she was very professional as well as compassionate and understanding. Good employees are hard to find - Andrea is an asset to your organization.
