Customer service was great from Hemerson. He followed up and kept in touch in a timely fashion, answering any and all of our concerns. It’s a big step in trusting another company with finances. So far the transition seems to be easy, change is very difficult for me so knowing that this will be handled put my mind at ease.

overall, it was a good and helpful experience. the only thing i would improve is the time it took to get back to me.

I only gave it a 4 star rating because this is my first time using this company let alone using this type of service. However, I can say that my experience thus far has been great. Hemerson A. was a great help with getting the process started.
