Brilliant service I made a mistake in my lens type and no issues sorting it I’ve ordered 2more pairs just wish they got here sooner can’t wait

Compré unas gafas que me gustaron mucho, a muy buen precio, pero se vieron afectadas por la humedad y el sudor, oxidándose una parte metálica que servía para sujetar las lentes de sol con el sistema clip y ya no ajustaban bien. Envié fotografías y me han enviado un cupón por el valor de las gafas, que pienso usar en un modelo muy parecido pero que lleva esos puntos metálicos protegidos, ocultos en la montura.

Firmoo did an excellent job on communication and Customer Service plus provided tips on cleaning and maintenance of my new eyeglasses. There site is user friendly and I really do like my eyeglasses.

Per me Firmoo, promosso! Ho fatto due ordini a distanza di poco tempo e sono rimasta soddisfatta sia degli occhiali ricevuti, che della spedizione che è stata più veloce del previsto! Ampia scelta sulle montature, molto utile il servizio di caricare la foto per vederli indossati sul tuo volto. Ci vedo bene, le mie lenti sono giuste secondo la prescrizione da me caricata! Molto soddisfatta, sicuramente nel tempo ne acquisterò altri dato che mi piace cambiarli ogni giorno!

Gli occhiali FIRMOO hanno un rapporto qualità prezzo al di sopra delle aspettative ed una volta acquistato il primo paio (io sono già al terzo) non entrerai mai più in un negozio di occhiali fisico ma riderai guardando i prezzi esorbitanti da fuori la vetrina! Ottima fattura e modelli per tutti i gusti. Una nota di merito anche per il servizio post vendita dove per un modello, nonostante avessi sbagliato un ordine di lenti che non andavano bene, mi hanno prontamente rimborsato. FIRMOO FOOREVER!

The complaint was resolved quickly and easily, without any discussion or hassle. The new glasses are perfect. For me, this shows that Firmo not only offers very good products, but also takes service seriously. I will definitely order from them again. Highly recommended – especially if you are looking for high-quality glasses at fair prices.
