Excellent company. This time (it is not my first purchase to Firmoo) I didn’t receive the first shipment and contacted to Firmoo. Surprisingly in our days, a real person with a real name, like in the old longed-for times, sent me immediately a personal email notifying a new shipment, and yes, I have received my glasses (perfect, by the way). P.s. In fact, finally the courier company found the first shipment in the back of the warehouse (or in the back of the van), and now I have two glasses. I communicated the duplicity to Firmoo offering to return one of them, and Firmoo answered me (the same real person again!) that I could keep both.

Die Online Anprobe ist verbesserungsfähig aber die Angaben zu den Gestellen und Gläsern sind akkurat und die Verarbeitung ist für den unschlagbaren Preis vollkommen in Ordnung. Das beste ist allerdings der Kundenservice bei dem die Zufriedenheit ganz oben steht. Meine Anfrage wurde sehr zeitig und unkompliziert bearbeitet!

Ho fatto il primo acquisto con diffidenza. Scegliere un occhiale multifocale da remoto non è semplice. Oltretutto venivo da una delle più prestigiose aziende produttrici di lenti. Ho sbagliato qualcosa. Segnalato al servizio clienti ho ricevuto un supporto immediato, professionale, utile a capire l'errore ed a risolverlo. La differenza rispetto a lenti più blasonate è minima. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo ed assistenza post vendita eccellenti. Lo consiglio.

Increíble. Compré dos pares de gafas graduadas, progresivas y además elegí cristales que se oscurecen con el sol, veo perfectamente!!!! Simplemente les envié foto de mi graduación y en poco tiempo tenía las gafas en casa. Había muchas monturas pra elegir, se pueden probar subiendo una foto, de verdad que estoy maravillada , el servicio al cliente genial también...no le pongo ningún "pero". Repetiré sin duda...y el precio, guauuu, me he ahorrado mucho dinero. Gracias firmoo!!

Ska erkänna att jag var lite tveksam till att beställa, men blev positivt överraskad! Jag trodde mina tidigare Blue Light glasögon var bra, men dessa som jag beställde var överlägsna! Nu vågar jag köra på kvällar igen! Kan varmt rekommendera! Att det är lite längre leveranstid gör inget och fick så jag kunde spåra paketet vilket kändes tryggt. Kommer definitivt att fortsätta vara kund!

Not only was customer service great, but the order was affordable and arrived quickly, far sooner than what was estimated. The glasses are also SUPER CUTE. I love all three pairs.
