Consiglio vivamente gli acquisti su questo sito! Farò io stessa pubblicità perché sono convinta della loro serietà e presto ne acquisterò altri. ECCELLENTE! Non dico niente su la qualità e i prezzi degli occhiali Firmoo perché parlano da sole, veramente ECCELLENTI. Voglio però dire che l'assistenza clienti è più che eccellente perché di fronte ad un problema, grande o piccolo, rispondono immediatamente con cambio o rimborso. 5 stelle meritatissime

Jag skriver aldrig omdömen men känner att jag måste denna gång. Jag hade inga höga förväntningar med tanke på priset, men oj vad jag blev positivt överraskad! Så fina bågar och glas med rätt styrka. Kvaliteten känns förvånansvärt bra och leveransen gick mycket snabbare än vad som stod. Kommer absolut att beställa igen! Den enda nackdelen enligt mig är att man inte kan få hjälp med att justera passformen på bågarna som hos optikern. Men jag har inte testat att böja till bågarna själv än heller så det kanske inte alls är ett problem.

Unfortunately my glasses were unwearable as they were out of focus. I ordered intermediate glasses for viewing my laptop several hours a day and the glasses are fine looking across the room but I cannot focus up close on my computer now. So unfortunately the glasses can't be used for the intended purpose of buying them. Wasted money. UPDATE: I am changing my rating of this company from 2 stars to 5 stars after being contacted by Firmoo customer service. An outstanding job at after sale service and have gone out of their way to resolve the issue with my glasses. I Highly recommend this company going forward.

Necesitaba renovar mis gafas (teniendo ya la graduación confirmada), sin embargo me eta imposible por horarios ir a óptica. Las últimas gafas que me dice con la popular oferta de segundo par por 1€ mas, fueron 300€. Firmoo me pareció buena opción, con garantías, y si salia mal, habría perdido 60€. Pues no, han llegado hoy, cumpliendo plazos de entrega y con seguimiento durante todo el proceso. Cada gafa en su funda de tela, y caja de plástico. Muy muy buenos acabados. Graduación perfectamente realizada. Repito seguro!

J'ai acheté plusieurs lunettes sur le site Firmoo avec des verres progressifs et je peux que les recommander,ils sont tops.Ce qui me pose problème c'est les montures,souvent trop larges au niveau du nez,elles glissent,mais en cherchant bien j'en ai finalement trouvé une monture avec les mesures 53-16-140 elle en métal léger et existe deux coloris.J'ai eu une monture qui s'est décollées et ils me l'ont remplacé et un verre qui avait une rayure,pareil ils m'ont remplacé les lunettes en entier,service après-ventes: impeccable et très réactif
