Firmoo has the best customer service I ever experienced with eyeglasses purchases. The communication is a plus+. I start with just 1 pair of glasses now I have 8. In love with and satisfy with my items 🤓

Ive purchased glasses from firmoo before and just because they are "cheaper" doesnt mean they arent quality. Ive always been a bit haphazard with my glasses and spending 300 on a pair made my gut turn. I literally had 13 pairs of all sorts of styles for $330 ish. PRESCRIPTION. Fashion has opened up, ease has opened up, and it's just so wonderful to have so many different styles available. They have great promotions available, and you can truly make a pair of glasses exceptional with the add ons, OR keep it budget friendly with cheaper options. Plus they have driving, blue light, and transitions types, and Im sure more! Customer service has always been friendly in my experience as well.

I've ordered glasses from here a few times, sunglasses as well with prescription, absolutely excellent! Lately I was ordering frames with a new prescription but I've ordered the wrong frames. Went through the exchange process thinking I'm going to have to send them back and wait for the new ones, long process.. but NO! To my surprise Firmoo advised me to keep the wrong frames and gave me a coupon with a massive discount for my next Frames! Ordered the right ones and I'm waiting on that, plus delivery is very quick! I'm very happy!

Super contente de ma commande monture de très bonne qualité et ma correction au niveau des verres parfaite. J avais peur au vu de ma forte myopie et le côté astigmate. Franchement je recommande les yeux fermés

Really easy to put your prescription in, lots of options and I like that you can use filters on the site so you dont have to look at glasses that won't fit. I will definitely buy more glasses from Firmoo in the future!
