At first, I was hesitant because I’m in South Africa and thought I might just be taking a chance with my money, but they are absolutely worth it. The delivery was quicker than I expected. They respond to emails promptly (especially Peter). Their spectacles are very affordable, with a wide variety of stylish frames. They also nailed my prescription. I’m very happy with my order and will definitely be ordering again!

I was dubious about ordering online as I have quite a complex prescription but the price point prompted me to chance it. Honestly, could not be happier. Fantastic quality, fantastic price and prompt delivery. Have ordered two more pairs. 10/10

My glasses are just perfect! I received them within a week of purchase and as soon as I got them I was delighted. I was able to filter my options to this one and I'm glad I got it because they are lightweight, suits my round face and wide enough to not squeeze my face. Firmoo does a very good job at making sure that customers have a good good customer service experience. After I purchased and received my order they followed up to assure that I was satisfied which I am! Ty firmoo!

I have only just placed my first order so cannot review on the glasses, but I did put the promo code in wrong when I placed my first order. Richie, a member of their online customer service team, quickly rectified this and processed my part refund. I am very impressed with their customer service and am now looking forward to receiving my first pair of Firmoo glasses.

Wasn’t expecting this much quality product in small amount of money. Best purchase i can say
